6, Bites – from belgian chocolate flapjacks, brownies, tiffin, rocky road, caramel corn crisp, yogurt & cranberry rice crisp cakes
7, Sponges – we are manufacturing traybake sponges in date & walnut, bakewell, chocolate cake and farmhouse. We can also produce slices in sponges
8, Gluten Free – we have been working on three concepts an this category, bakewell, fruit & honey slice and chocolate cake
9, Fairtrade & Organic – We will be looking to develop products to add our flapjack range like bakewell, carrot cake etc.
